    Impeccable Customer Service at SRB location!

    If you need your mower or other small engine serviced or repaired, look no further than Adaptive Ready Rent & Sales!! I have a Toro lawn mower that was due a tune-up and oil change and also the pull cord needed replaced. Cory demonstrated customer focus and good phone etiquette when I first contacted this facility. He listened intently to the services I requested and communicated this well as nothing was lost in transition to Mike, the Technician performing the work. Services were completed by the date promised and included a phone call from Mike providing an update on the progress. The price was very fair for the work performed, and included a blade sharpening/balancing at no charge. Mike even cleaned my mower!! It looks fantastic and runs like a top. Oh, he also cleaned the contacts for the battery for key start and indicated if I replaced the battery it'd work fine (I had given up on it).

    This is how a small business should be run and I highly recommend them for all your needs in this area. They sell mowers, trimmers, etc. and I bet they are competitively priced.
