  After being on their schedule for a week, we get a call (on Wednesday afternoon when they were supposed to be there that morning) saying they can't make it to us, maybe they can come next week, OR we can pay the after hours fee and they'll get it done. Poor business practices and rude customer service. After asking around, they are not reliable and often cancel the day of your appointment. Don't waste your time. Call Elevated Plumbing-they are easy to work with and get the job done when they say they will!
